The project collected feedback from students on the outcomes of their year abroad experiences in terms of employability and other gains. Feedback from employers regarding requisite skills for the placement was collated and work placement offers evaluated. Resources were produced to support students in recording and describing their employability skills and to involve students in the collection of feedback and development of support and resources for their peers.
