These case studies summarise the work of the three winning staff development projects recognised at the Staff Development Forum (SDF) awards 2023.
The 2023 awards reflect the Festival’s overarching theme of ‘Innovating, nourishing and storytelling: The evolving L&D professional’.
SDF Initiative of the Year went to the University of Leeds for their digital literacy project. Second place for its early management development programme was awarded to the University of Sheffield. The University of Birmingham won the third prize for its managing people toolkit.
