Supporting Inclusive Boards - what next?

Kim Ansell and Tesse Akpeki share their highlights and challenges from two Supporting Inclusive Boards programmes. They discuss the need to focus on the intention of the institution to develop an inclusive board culture, including support from governance professionals, encouraging governors and professionals to explore the challenges they face and collaborate on solutions.

They also look ahead to an interactive workshop in January 2024, where they will ask what next and engage the audience in discussion groups to share learning and good practice.
