The HEA Technician of the Year awards recognised the valuable contribution made by technical staff in supporting the student learning experience delivered by HE providers.
Nominees were asked to demonstrate how their skills actions and good practice have improved the experience of students and how they have engaged and communicated with staff and students.
2014 award winners
The 2014 awards were open to technicians in 16 disciplines across three clusters:
- STEM
- Health and Social Care
- Arts and Humanities
The winners each received £250 of online shopping vouchers in recognition of their contribution to HE.
