Utilising problem and scenario based learning to develop transformational leadership qualities and employability attributes in students through undergraduate teaching - HEA Annual Conference 2017 - Generation TEF: Teaching in the spotlight

This session will reflect upon the implementation of a problem based learning module targeting the development of transformational leadership attributes and employability skills. The presentation will expand upon the challenges of developing problems with real world currency alongside external partners the realities of student negotiated teaching content and the challenges of implementing seed funding opportunities to enable students to see their projects become a reality.
