What determines undergraduate satisfaction in Business Schools? - HEA Annual Conference 2017 - Generation TEF: Teaching in the spotlight

Using aggregated National Student Survey (NSS) data we identify the key determinants of student satisfaction for undergraduate programmes in UK Business Schools (abbreviated BS).  We contrast business subject results with the results for all non-business subjects (NBS) in order that we can identify the extent of variations between subject areas.  Our method is to briefly review what literature is available for hints on what we may find in our analysis.  We then use regression analysis to analyse the influences of the six categories of NSS questions to see how answers to these question areas impact on the overall course satisfaction score.
