Diane is a retired Principal & CEO of Petroc, a tertiary College of Further & Higher Education and under her leadership Petroc successfully topped the NICDEX index of FE Colleges in 2018.
Since retirement, Diane has undertaken a variety of Senior Postholder interim roles, including Interim Principal & CEO at Richmond upon Thames College.
Diane, a Chartered Accountant, trained with Deloitte and worked in the private sector as Finance Director, before moving across to the education sector over 25 years ago after securing Qualified Teacher Status.
Diane has worked for the Further Education Funding Council and the Learning and Skills Council as well as in FE Colleges and at Oxford University in leadership and governance related roles. She has held executive and non-executive Board roles in Further Education, schools, social housing, the private sector and at the Heart of the South West LEP.
