Mo has worked within the education & youth and human rights charity sectors for more than twenty-five years, two decades of which were within senior leadership positions. Her roles have included CEO, Director of Governance and Designated Safeguarding Lead. Mo has also been a chair of governors within a maintained primary school.
Mo has a BA in politics and an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management from the Centre of Charity Effectiveness at Bayes Business School.
