Over the past decade significant advances have been made in addressing the gender imbalance present in the higher education sector, but despite comprising the majority of staff working in UK higher education, women remain underrepresented at the most senior levels and the challenge to increase the pace of change remains. This event, by way of keynotes, panel sessions and workshops, will provide a safe space for difficult discussions around gender inequalities among a network of peers.
