With the introduction of subject-level TEF varying requirements within every institution participating will become apparent. Subject-level academic leaders will be identified in institutions and be required to reflect on and respond to their metrics and produce compelling narratives for their submissions. These academic leaders will have had vastly varied engagement with previous iterations of the TEF.
