The aim of the project was to develop a framework at Rose Bruford College that allows students staff and alumni to effectively engage with the industries they aspire to populate whilst investigating processes of professional and personal development planning both within and in addition to core curriculum themes and content.
The intended outcomes of the project were:
- To improve graduate employment statistics.
- To improve student engagement with the employability agenda.
- To improve relations between the world of HE and the world of work.
- To introduce skills seminars to support curricular activity.
