Entrepreneurship and higher education: an employability perspective

After an analysis of the external forces especially through government policies and initiatives that are encouraging HE to pay more attention to employability and particularly entrepreneurship it focuses on HE's response and what it is and should be doing within the curriculum eg through specialised courses and modules and outside of the curriculum eg through work experience and encouraging students to take part in voluntary activities sponsored by campus and external agencies. Extensive references and appendices detailing current HE undergraduate and postgraduate entrepreneurship/enterprise awards and modules and related initiatives are included (externally in the ESECT web resources - see the URL below).
