The NSS as a driver for student-centred institutional change

At Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) the prominence of the NSS has prompted the development of an institutional 'Change Programme' compromising a series of student-centred projects and involving representatives and stakeholders across the University. The NSS is the primary source of evidence for the Change Programme's priorities along with CCCU's internal student survey and other supplementary sources of feedback which began with a review of the Student Charter in partnership with the Students' Union and in consultation with the student body. The Change Programme has initiated a shift towards a student-centred enhancement culture with associated work to promote student engagement.
