Dr. Warren Houghton was commissioned by the Centre to produce a number of articles about Learning and Teaching Theory. Writing Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs) and Assessment Criteria for modules and courses is a requirement. This document articulates the knowledge understanding skills and attitudes that students need to be able to demonstrate in order for them to learn effectively in university engineering programmes.
