The Higher Education Academy's first Green Academy change programme was launched in 2011 to help higher education providers to embed education for sustainable development (ESD) into the overall student experience.
This second evaluation report was designed to assess the nature and impact of curriculum developments covers seven institutions from the original 2011 programme:

- Keele University
- University of Nottingham
- University of Southampton
- University of Wales Trinity Saint David
- University of Worcester
