New report: enabling and supporting culture change

28 Jul 2022 | Kim Ansell As part of our Collaborative Development Fund 2021-22 project, Inclusive institutions: enabling and supporting culture change, Kim Ansell, Senior Advisor at Advance HE, introduces a new report providing an evidence base of potential solutions, lessons learned and recommendations to inform future work.

While vision, purpose and context are ‘all important’ in creating inclusive institutions, providing the anchor point from which stakeholders coalesce and collaborate, there are some key ingredients to successfully embed institutional culture and some challenges for leaders to recognise and embrace in order to develop and sustain momentum.

Inclusive institutions enabling and supporting culture change considers the key strategic themes of future vision, organisational context, learning and challenges in enabling and supporting culture change through the lens of inclusivity.

The report highlights findings from Collaborative Development Fund projects providing Advance HE members with an evidence base of potential solutions, lessons learned and recommendations to inform future work.
