The Anti-Racist Curriculum (ARC) Project comprises four working groups covering the following areas:
Language Matters
This group will look at the power and importance of language in the process of naming, analysing and developing an ARC. They will curate tools and a shared understanding to help support critical conversations.
Current Practices
This group will look at current ARC practices in the sector. They will identify examples of successful practice, key enablers to success, and considering ways to track progress.
Curriculum Considerations
This group will look at the considerations and processes required to develop and embed an ARC to help staff and students to feel confident and supported throughout the journey.
Student and Staff Experience
This group will focus on the student and staff (lived) experiences around ARC ensuring this remains the primary lens through which we develop the project and its outputs.
